Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues with first-call resolution
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Collaborate with escalation teams for complex issues
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance client relationships
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience (BPO/call center preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule availability (including some weekends)
