Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related inquiries
- Process orders, returns, and service requests accurately
- Document interactions in CRM system with 99% accuracy
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores and handle times
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience (fresh grads welcome)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings/weekends
