Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 98% accuracy
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and product issues using CRM tools
- Process orders, returns, and service requests while maintaining detailed records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores, resolution times, and first-contact resolution
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities
- Complete weekly training modules on product updates and service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Associate degree or relevant certification preferred
