Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (quality/speed)
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
- Upsell products/services when appropriate
- Participate in ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
- Basic computer proficiency
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Valid US work authorization
