Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing issues and product concerns using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and internal databases
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets
- Identify upsell opportunities through consultative conversations
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Colorado residency required (no remote work)
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Spanish fluency a significant plus
