Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document interactions in CRM system while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve complex product issues
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (30+ calls per shift, <2 AHT)
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience in retail or call center
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and multitasking ability
- Available for evening/weekend shifts (4pm-12pm)
- Clear communication skills and positive phone presence
- Background check and drug test required
