Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues efficiently using CRM systems
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for quality, speed, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and service protocols
- Support cross-functional projects to enhance customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional verbal/written abilities
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and emotional intelligence
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed (coverage-based)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
