Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs and company offerings
- Maintain average handle time below 8 minutes while exceeding quality targets
- Participate in monthly training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication with strong active listening skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy in live chat environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings and occasional weekends
