Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Collaborate with escalation teams for complex resolution
- Participate in weekly performance coaching sessions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience (or transferable skills)
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and tech proficiency
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Passion for problem-solving and customer advocacy
- Reliable transportation to downtown location
