Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex customer issues using CRM tools and multi-channel communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Contribute to process improvements through feedback and innovation
- Participate in quarterly training on product updates and service protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with multilingual ability a plus
- Proven problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven settings
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid work authorization and ability to work on-site in San Francisco
