Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats
- Resolve complex inquiries with empathy and efficiency while meeting SLA targets
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service, sales, or call center environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with clear articulation in English
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
