Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, resolution rates, CSAT)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service delivery
- Adhere to compliance protocols (HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Residency in CA or NC required (Sacramento area preferred)
