Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails with a professional and friendly tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the Team Lead or Supervisor.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
