Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex issues using CRM systems and knowledge databases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and internal tracking tools
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated customer concerns
- Meet monthly performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for enhanced service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a B2B or B2C environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with empathetic approach
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings while maintaining composure
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Available for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
