- Maintain customer satisfaction metrics above 95%
- Participate in daily team huddles and performance reviews
- Adhere to HIPAA and PCI compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/ZenDesk)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Valid Louisiana driver's license for occasional off-site duties
- Pass background check and drug screening
