- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Complete daily training modules for product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Typing speed: 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual bonus)
- Valid Arizona ID for local onboarding
- Background clearance required
