Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and account transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and trust.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is preferred).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
