Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a steady stream of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve Issues: Listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document Interactions: Accurately record call details, account information, and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
- Build Rapport: Establish a positive relationship with customers, addressing their needs empathetically and effectively.
- Meet Performance Goals: Adhere to call scripts, maintain call quality standards, and achieve daily/weekly KPI metrics.
- Collaborate: Work closely with team leads and support staff to improve processes and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required if you have strong soft skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple windows and software applications quickly.
- Reliability: Punctual, professional, and able to work full-time hours, including some weekends or evenings if necessary.
