Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate tickets when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and customer experience.
- Participate in paid training programs to master product knowledge and service protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
