Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and courtesy.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
