- Resolve Issues: Identify customer needs and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to management to help improve our services.
- Adherence: Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards during every interaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
