- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and call handling.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency with a typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote or hybrid roles).
- Previous call center experience is a plus but not required (paid training provided).
