Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Professionally handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and accuracy.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process orders, returns, and service requests using our CRM software.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and report insights to management to help improve our products and services.
- Team Support: Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
