- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product offerings.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail is preferred but not required for applicants with strong soft skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote/on-site hybrid roles.
