Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and accurately using CRM tools.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain high service standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Reliable internet connection and headset (provided upon hire).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
