- Process orders, returns, and account information accurately using our CRM software and internal databases.
- Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote company products/services in alignment with sales goals.
- Collaborate with the support team to document customer feedback and improve service protocols.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, friendly phone voice.

- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (30+ WPM).
