Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our services.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries with patience and empathy.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately using our CRM software.
- Update customer records in the database with detailed notes on interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to solve complex customer problems.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate answers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for our Hiring Event.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
