Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution.
- Build rapport with customers and identify their needs to provide accurate information and solutions.

- Handle escalated complaints and resolve issues efficiently while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is highly desirable.
