Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
