Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status efficiently.
- Accurately log all interactions and resolutions into the CRM database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Build rapport with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Assist with processing returns, exchanges, and billing adjustments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Reliable transportation (if required for on-site shifts).
