- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve technical issues and billing questions using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain case logs
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for call volume and resolution time
- Contribute to process improvements through feedback sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
