Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM tools and knowledge base
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues within SLA timeframes
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements
- Participate in monthly training sessions to master new products and service protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure during peak hours
- Spanish bilingual certification strongly preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
