Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for a positive resolution.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system.
- Provide product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex escalations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services while maintaining customer trust.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
