Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Calls: Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and offer effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle orders, returns, and account updates.
- Document Interactions: Log detailed notes in the CRM system for future reference.
- Meet KPIs: Achieve daily and monthly targets for call quality and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate: Work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic to intermediate computer skills and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.
