Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume chat inquiries from customers across the East Coast and beyond.
- Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic solutions to product and service inquiries.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using remote desktop tools and chat protocols.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support tiers or engineering teams when necessary.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and solution-oriented tone in every conversation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles.
- Proven experience using chat support software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, LiveChat).
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
