Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional tone.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, applications, and account information accurately using our CRM software.
- Upsell products and services to meet departmental sales targets.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our internal database.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure consistent service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- Strong typing skills and basic computer proficiency (Windows environment).
- Able to multi-task and handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for this hiring event.
