Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients. You will manage incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries, ensuring a world-class experience for every customer. We value local talent and offer a pathway for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer calls and inquiries with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions regarding products and services, and troubleshoot basic problems.
- Accurately enter customer information, order details, and service requests into our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the Quality Assurance and Team Lead teams when necessary.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with strong communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed of 40+ WPM).
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
