- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately document all interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve service processes and procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (paid training provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with computers and typing (30+ wpm).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
