Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer interactions across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat)
- Resolve billing, technical, and product inquiries with first-contact resolution
- Document cases in CRM systems with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- High-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
