Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and knowledge base
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed productivity metrics (25+ cases/day)
- Identify upsell opportunities for service improvements
- Participate in weekly training and quality reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience required
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced virtual environment
- High-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Available for evening/weekend shifts as needed
- Must pass background check and drug screening
