Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily to resolve customer inquiries
- Utilize CRM software to document interactions and update account information
- Meet/exceed quality metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR) through empathetic communication
- Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Participate in bi-weekly coaching sessions to enhance skills
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and company protocols
- Contribute to team performance goals and client satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM) and basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Clear verbal communication with neutral accent
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Kansas City location
