Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve complex customer issues using CRM systems and internal resources
- Process transactions, returns, and service requests with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Document all interactions in real-time using Salesforce and proprietary tools
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores, resolution times, and first-contact resolution
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine communication techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional active listening and de-escalation skills
- Type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Ability to multitask across digital channels while maintaining composure
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends during peak seasons
