Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, product, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems (Salesforce training provided)
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and handle times
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer journeys
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services through continuous training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficient in multitasking and navigating digital systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (if local travel required)
