Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service at our Fresno location
- Process transactions and manage inventory efficiently
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain store standards
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Operate POS systems and process payments accurately
- Report operational issues to the weekday management team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 8am-6pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs

- Reliable transportation to Fresno River Park location
