Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics including AHT and CSAT
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product catalogs and policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or contact center setting
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Type 45+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- U.S. work authorization and Texas residency requirement
