Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction levels (CSAT).
- Process orders, returns, and account information accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service protocols and workflows.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for this event.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a call center environment.
