Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on high-quality support.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, policies, and procedures.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
