Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage a high volume of customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates using our CRM software.
- Document Interactions: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer conversations and actions taken.
- Cross-Sell and Upsell: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to meet sales targets.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of product knowledge and company policies to provide consistent, high-quality support.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Previous Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Computer Proficiency: Must be comfortable navigating computer systems and typing at least 35-40 WPM.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
