Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inbound/Outbound Calls: Provide professional support to our diverse client base with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Accurately answer questions regarding products, services, and account status using your training.
- Document Interactions: Maintain precise records of all customer conversations in our CRM system.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
- Meet KPI Targets: Consistently achieve daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and quality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow agents to share best practices and support team goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive Paid Training for motivated candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, professional phone etiquette, and active listening.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic typing skills and familiarity with computer applications and CRM software.
- Reliability: Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
