Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and accurately.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using our CRM software.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service standards and team performance.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic typing skills.
- Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
